Weightlifting
Build confidence and refine movement patterns with our dedicated Olympic Weightlifting and Powerlifting classes. Master the barbell in a safe and supportive environment, with state of the art equipment and supportive coaching.

Fundamental Gymnastics
Dedicated time away from day to day class programming, giving you the chance to refine and finesse your skills. Think Toes to Bar, Handstand Walks, Rope Climbs and Bar Muscle Ups. Put in the work and reap the rewards.

Hyrox Classes
In HYROX, we program blocks designed to increase you're strength and engine in the functional movements part of a Hyrox event. A class for all abilities and levels of fitness. The classes look to incorporate movements seen within a Hyrox event as well as others that may be new to you. Its a fun and inclusive class where you are guarenteed to leave with a sweat.

Female Only Classes
High intensity exercise classes run exclusively for women by women. You'll push, pull, carry, press, and work your way through a variety of cardio exercises to boost your fitness, improve your endurance and help build your strength all with a great community of women behind you. What's more, it's suitable for all abilities.

Competitions and Events
We host and organise friendly in-house and cross-gym events throughout the year. These are a great way to get out of your comfort zone and put your skills to the test, whilst having fun and cheering your gym buddies on!
